Parking lot Overlay

This parking lot was in really good condition aside from being 30+ years old. Too far gone for sealcoating, but a great candidate for an overlay. Here we cleaned the existing parking lot of loose gravel and debris. We wedge milled the transitions between the existing asphalt and the roadways, this allows for a smooth transition while maintaining full thickness of the new asphalt all the way to the road. We applied a coat of SS-1h to the entire area the day before paving. Parking lot has a fresh 2” layer of asphalt and is ready for another 30+ years of service. All of this was completed within 2 days, minimizing the down time and inconvenience to our customer. If you have an old asphalt parking lot that needs a reset, call us, we’d love to help.
